probably because the launchers are trying to launch something that isnt there.. just right click on the launcher and press "edit skin" then look for the shortcuts then edit them to wahtever you want... heres and example. ["C:\Users\NAMEHERE\Pictures"] is you do that it will take you to the pictures library.. but look at some of the preset shortcuts to see what you need. coz some you might need to use ( ) for the shortcut instead of [ ] and so on
Am I missing a step?

Music folder:
mine is located on drive X:\Music. You may find and edit the theme and change
LeftMouseUpAction=!execute ["X:\Music"] or LeftMouseUpAction=!execute ["Where your music folder is located"]
or if you have photoshop mine is located in
[photoshop]
Meter=IMAGE
ImageName
X=-15
Y=330
AntiAlias=1
MouseActionCursor=1
LeftMouseUpAction=!execute ["C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1\Photoshop.exe"]
just change
LeftMouseUpAction=!execute ["where your photoshop.exe is located"]
hope this helps...
